Start off your career, and get a chance to make meaningful contributions!

At Harvesters International, we exist to change lives! One key way we do this is through our staff community. We know the immense value and contributions that young professionals bring to the work environment and we will be offering a number of exciting opportunities for these professionals to gain experience working within a Faith-Based Corporate Organization. Our internship programs allow young professionals gain practical knowledge into church ministry, organisational structure and planning and host of other skillset relevant to both corporate and ministry environments.

What is the Internship program about?

The Harvesters Internship Program (HIP) was set up as a program to give young professionals a competitive edge by providing them with experience and skills to make them attractive and noticeable in the marketplace. This internship program is designed to provide both corporate and ministry experience to successful interns. This program will run from July to November 2023 and would require 5 months of commitment to leadership development, enabling you to grow in your knowledge of practical ministry as you become immersed in the day-to-day life of Harvesters as an organization.

What are you to Expect?

The program consists of weekly team meetings, leadership development, Bible Studies, department-specific training, and much more. You will be given the opportunity to learn from great leaders, grow your character and spiritual walk, and be encouraged in whom God has called you to be. As an Intern in this program, you will be fully exposed to a broad range of ministry and life experiences. Successful participants will receive monthly stipend of N50,000 for the duration of the program.
