DESCRIPTION:Our Advanced Pastoral course is designed for pastors and others leaders who are preparing for a broad range of ministry roles inside the Church and in the wider community. Participants will learn to build the foundation of spiritual disciplines and leadership practices including; biblical study tools\, prayer and spiritual disciplines\, building a life long foundation for being a Christian and a leader\, how to provide the pastoral care skills needed in the local church\, how to deal with the expectations placed on pastors and leaders\, as well as\, the foundational principles of leadership in ministry and work.
